The Marketing Strategist/Project Manager serves as a critical team member, responsible for implementing marketing strategies, managing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing plans for Ebenezer Senior Living communities. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Strategist, this role balances strategic oversight with detailed project management to deliver results on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Strategist to refine and execute community-specific marketing plans, focusing on occupancy growth and engagement.
Manage the end-to-end process of marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination, ensuring successful and timely execution.
Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned communities and sales consultants, maintaining open communication with sales consultants and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to assess the success of campaigns and tactics, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinate with the design team, digital marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement campaigns that align with community and system-wide goals.
Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Support data collection and reporting efforts, collaborating with the Marketing Analyst to track campaign performance and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Stay informed of industry trends, community-specific challenges, and emerging marketing practices to propose innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Communications, Business
- Three or more years experience
- Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, fax machines.
- MS Office, SharePoint, Project Management Tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree
