- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with outstanding beneifits and wages ranging from $88,000 - 100,000 per year. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
The Nurse Manager (RN) is responsible for continuity of nursing care by delegating, advising and supervising nursing care delivered on our transitional care unit in Edina, MN.
- This position is full time, Monday through Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)
- Day shift schedule, 80 hours per two weeks
- Weekends as needed

Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care
Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Associates Degree, BSN preferred
One to three years’ experience required, three to five years preferred
Previous LTC management experience preferred
Current MN RN license
CPR certified
Salary : $88,000 - $100,000
