What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach & Sales Director position at Ebenezer?
We are looking for a Senior Living Sales and Outreach Director to help assist in crafting and implementing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for our Orchards of Minnetonka Assisted Living & Memory care building in Minnetonka, MN. This role will be based primarily in the senior living building/community and significant time is dedicated to working with external referral resources.
- Full Time, 80 hours per two week pay period, Salaried.
- Day with some early evening's; flexibility required for tours, move-in paperwork, events.
- Weekend manager rotation as well as potential needs for tours and family visits after hours.

Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Aging Services of MN Sales and Marketing certificate
- Three to five years similar experience preferred
- Senior living or related experience
