Ebenezer and Arbor Lane Senior Living is looking for a LPN/Nurse. This nursing role is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior assisted living/memory care residents are met for our vibrant, beautiful, and busy community in Burnsville, MN.
This licensed practical nursing schedule includes;
- 48 hours per pay period
- Day shift
- Every third weekend rotation

Responsibilities/Job Description
- Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices
- Lifts and transfer residents as needed, Initiates emergency treatment as needed
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
- Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status
- Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals
- May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans
Qualifications
Required:
- MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Previous healthcare experience
- Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
Salary : $29 - $37
