The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer phone calls, emails and correspondence with quotes or information with the objective of acquiring new business. They are responsible to carry out all necessary tasks that support the sale of Eberl Iron Works products.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the customer service field
- Computer knowledge a must, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office package
- Motivated self-starter
- Team player
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Position is full-time - 40 hours/week
