The Opportunity
We are looking for a Remodeling Project Lead who is passionate about craftsmanship, leadership, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is responsible for leading remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to our high standards, while coordinating with the team and communicating with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home remodeling projects
- Manage 2 to 3 projects per week, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines
- Direct and coordinate a team of skilled remodelers and apprentices
- Interpret and execute project plans, including 3D models and guided material selections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Proactively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure a seamless remodeling experience
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide creative problem-solving solutions
- Take Extreme Ownership of each project, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and service
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction leadership
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and client management skills
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, 3D models, and material specifications
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and essential hand tools
