What You’ll Do:
As the Field Marketing Team Lead, you’ll:
- Engage directly with potential customers at events, trade shows, and in their communities.
- Lead and train a team of canvassers to generate quality leads through door-to-door outreach.
- Train, shadow, and provide feedback to new team members to ensure success.
- Represent and promote Focal Point Remodeling by exhibiting our core values in every interaction.
- Collect and input customer information and feedback accurately into our CRM system.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and overcome objections.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly field marketing standards.
- Assist the Field Canvass Manager and Events Manager in:
-Identifying ideal door-to-door canvassing areas based on installation locations.
-Coaching team members individually to enhance performance.
-Researching and coordinating new event opportunities.
-Setting up displays and ensuring successful event participation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership and team development experience in a marketing or sales environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events and canvassing.
