Job Summary:
The Facility Administrator (FA) will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations during assigned shifts. This role requires a hands-on leader with demonstrated experience in overseeing teams of 30 or more personnel, including responsibility for business operations, project management, and human resources. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) and/or Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all facility operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
- Oversee a team of 30 personnel, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Coordinate and monitor business operations, ensuring all projects and tasks are completed within set deadlines.
- Manage and optimize resources for maximum efficiency while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, addressing and resolving them promptly.
- Maintain thorough records and reporting for all operations during shifts.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a facility or project management environment. Experience must reflect leadership in managing 30 personnel.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt level or above) and/or Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
