General Summary of the Position

We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Receptionist to be the first person a visitor meets, while also handling various administrative tasks and managing corporate travel arrangements. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate travel logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Ensure security procedures are followed, including visitor sign-in and ID verification.

Company Travel Planning Duties:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, lodging
  • Research and secure the best travel deals while adhering to company budget and policies.
  • Coordinate travel schedules and ensure all necessary documents are in place.
  • Monitor travel itineraries and provide support for travel-related issues.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, restrictions, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel booking platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or as required).
