Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to the COO which encompasses collaboration with our front desk and billing support departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls, manage phone systems, and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy at a steady pace.
- Maintain organized records and HR files, assisting with office management tasks as needed.
- Utilize EHR system.
- Provide administrative support by proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and communicating with staff as needed
- Handle customer support inquiries, ensuring timely responses to client needs.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that office supplies are stocked appropriately
- Process background checks.
Experience
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and functions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Time management skills is necessary for keeping with deadlines.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this position.
- Proficiency in using various computer applications and medical EHR program, HIPAA standards.
- Knowledgeable about Region 4 processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
