Job Title: Quality Assurance Administration Intern
Summary: The intern will gain practical experience in administrative support and quality assurance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and report completion, and supporting quality assurance processes.
Essential Functions of the Job: The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
- Using received information, enter and issue Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for our customers
- Complete failure analysis and corrective action reports for analyzed RMAs
- Close RMAs and process RMA credits
- Assist with data collection and analysis for quality control purposes.
- Help maintain and update quality control documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to quality assurance.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Recommended Education and/or Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles (preferred).
- Currently enrolled in a degree program
- Previous internship or experience in Quality Administration is a plus (but not required).
