What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant / Sales and Leasing Department Administrator position at EBMG LLC?
We are a fully integrated real estate property management company looking for an Administrative Assistant / Sales and Leasing Administrator join our rapidly growing team. The focus of this position is to provide support to our Sales and Leasing Department performing a variety of administrative tasks for our managed portfolio of more than 150 Condominium, Cooperative and Rental property clients.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of due diligence questionnaires
- Prepare and complete requests for building documents
- Prepare a variety of documents for closings, transfers, other transactions
- Handle high volume of phone and email communication with realtors, attorney's, and clients
- Managing and updating sales/leasing data
- Updating property management software with new resident information
- Mailing of leases and lease renewals
- Assist in the review and processing of sales and lease packages
- Maintain portfolio records pertaining to sales and leasing
- Organize and file back up documents
Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills, being proactive and resourceful when issues arise
- Ability to build professional relationships and gain trust and respect at all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
Education:
- High School Diploma required, Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
