We are a fully integrated real estate property management company looking for an Administrative Assistant / Sales and Leasing Administrator join our rapidly growing team. The focus of this position is to provide support to our Sales and Leasing Department performing a variety of administrative tasks for our managed portfolio of more than 150 Condominium, Cooperative and Rental property clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of due diligence questionnaires
  • Prepare and complete requests for building documents
  • Prepare a variety of documents for closings, transfers, other transactions
  • Handle high volume of phone and email communication with realtors, attorney's, and clients
  • Managing and updating sales/leasing data
  • Updating property management software with new resident information
  • Mailing of leases and lease renewals
  • Assist in the review and processing of sales and lease packages
  • Maintain portfolio records pertaining to sales and leasing
  • Organize and file back up documents

Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills, being proactive and resourceful when issues arise
  • Ability to build professional relationships and gain trust and respect at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment

Education:

  • High School Diploma required, Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
