HumanHire is partnered with a local company that nationally supports many well-known, large name brands in search of an Administrative Assistant for their office in Freeport, NY.
We are seeking candidates with 3 years of administrative and customer service / client service experience to join our growing team!
What we offer :
Position : Administrative Assistant
Location : Freeport, NY
Pay : Up to $26 / hour, weekly pay
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM / 9AM-6PM with a rotating weekend & evening shift 2-3 times a month

Responsibilities :
Answer phone calls to address inquiries and resolve issues
Create documents and maintain files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
Assist with scheduling services and dispatching technicians
Assist with distributing and obtaining invoices
Support the department with other administrative tasks when needed
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred
2-3 years of customer / client service and administrative experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Comfortable handling high volume calls in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
