Toddler/Preschool Teacher Assistant

eBridge Montessori School is hiring a passionate and dedicated full time or part time Toddler/Preschool Assistant Teacher. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to working in a Montessori environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s independence, exploration and discovery.
• Integrate Montessori principles and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to enhance the educational experience.
• Provide guidance and support for children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• DEEC Certification is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team.
• Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices, including tutoring techniques and classroom management skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning through creative play and structured activities.
