Job description
eBridge Montessori School is hiring a passionate and dedicated full time or part time Assistant Teacher. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to working in a Montessori environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Provide guidance and support for children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- DEEC Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
- Experience working in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices, including tutoring techniques and classroom management skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning through creative play and structured activities.
