Job Title: Junior Level Computer Break-fix Technician (W2 Variable Hour Employee) *Temporary*
Start Date: As soon as possible (long-term)
Start/End Time: 8 am - 5 pm (up to 40 hours per week) some overtime may be available
Job Description: Repairing and diagnosing Dell Laptops and Chromebooks. The technicians will also be responsible for placing the broken down boxes and packing material in customer provided on-site designated area.

- Ability to read, understands, and follow oral and written instruction.
- Proven experience as a computer repair technician or similar role.
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Works well in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
- A high school diploma or GED is required. Preferred; college or technical school is a plus.
- A certification is preferred.
