Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, analysis, and trending of organizational learning needs; use findings to design, develop, implement, and evaluate programs that close skill gaps or build capabilities in alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate across the organization to develop business acumen and use expert consulting skills and subject-matter expertise to act as a learning advisor to department leaders, helping them align development efforts with their short- and long-term strategies and needs.
- Take responsibility for end-to-end solution and program ownership, often in large and complex efforts.
- Lead the development of learning and development project plans or programs, team processes, and work standards; may coordinate, direct, or lead project activities or teams.
- Leverage a variety of methodologies, blended learning approaches, and learning design best practices with an emphasis on real-world application relevant to adult learners in our technology business environment to advance the workforce.
- Lead the identification, management, and evaluation of vendor partners. Participate in contract negotiation and statement of work development to ensure goals are met.
- Lead the development and implementation of creative communication and marketing plans for learning programs and solutions.
- Epitomize a learning mindset to stay current on talent development trends and best practices; collaborate and lead the implementation of appropriate change and continuous evolution.
- Coach others to develop and achieve their highest potential.
Requirements
Qualifications:Required:
- 4 years of related experience
- Knowledge of learning theory, instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern talent development practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in preparing training and development programs, presenting effectively to a variety of audiences, and summarizing recommendations and insights to team and business leaders
- Strong influencing and consulting skills; able to organize and express ideas clearly, position thoughts effectively, and inspire support for shared projects and outcomes
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, collaboratively, and virtually in a flexible, communicative manner
- Customer service and results-oriented with the ability to set and manage multiple priorities using strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience identifying, implementing, and managing third-party vendor partners
- Experience facilitating meetings, training needs assessments, and learning experiences
- Exemplifies professional behavior and establishes credibility as a talent development professional
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; uses broad expertise, knowledge, and skills to manage a wide range of complex issues in ways that support business and talent development priorities
- Agile in adapting to change with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work in ambiguity and complexity and adapt to a changing business environment
- Proven coaching and mentoring abilities
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related field
- Experience working for a global company and with a partially remote workforce
- Experience working in Information Technology or another technical function
- Experience working in a talent management or learning management system
- Experience with Storyline 360, Captivate, or a similar authoring tool preferred
