Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager to join our team at EBS Security Inc. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Located in Jacksonville, this position contributes significantly to our mission of providing excellent service and support to our employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations
- Supervise and delegate task to administrative team members.
- Greet and assist visitors
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Coordinate office facility and equipment maintenance
- Organize meetings and schedule appointments
- Negotiate and manage vendor/service provider fees, relationships, and payments
- Create onboarding plans encompassing HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Conduct recruiting and inviewing for job candidates
- Conduct orientation for newly hired employees
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees, documents, benefits and attendance records
- Update and maintain CSR standards prescribed by authories
- Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Manage inventory/suppy of uniforms and equipment
- Receive and distrbute mail
- Prepare operational reports
- Create and deliver presentations
- Plan company events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR related field or Experience in Human resources in the security industry
- Excellent verbal and written communicaiton skills
- Advanced comupter skills, including MS office, data entry, data processing, communication tools, and payroll and human resources software
- Well-versed in business management , human resources, accounting principles, data management, filing systems, and their application
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Leaderhip and coaching skills
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
