Your Opportunity
As the Learning & Onboarding Intern, you will work with our L&D and Onboarding teams to assist with our employee programs, research, and resources. Our mission is to provide support to employees throughout their careers at EIS. During the internship, you will have opportunities to explore areas of interest, attend trainings, and collaborate on impactful projects.
This is a hybrid position where you will be expected to come to the Ipswich, MA office at least 1-2 days per week.
What You'll Do
• Assist with the program planning and implementation of our summer intern program• Design internal communication plans for onboarding and L&D initiatives• Research university partners and event opportunities• Document user experience for L&D systems and applications• Explore current trends and best practices within the L&D industry• Attend team and internal customer meetings• Maintain confidentiality of HR information
Your Team
You will work directly with members of our Talent & Learning group within our Human Resources team (a team of about 20 people). Our team enjoys the flexibility and greater work life balance working hybrid offers. There will be ample resources, tools, training, and support to ensure your success as a Learning & Onboarding Intern and your development at EIS.
About You
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• This is a hybrid role requiring the ability to be in the Ipswich, MA office on a weekly basis. Relocation and/or temporary housing is not available.
