Your Opportunity
As a Key Publisher Support Representative your primary responsibility is to support internal and external partners by serving as a liaison for the exchange of quotes, invoices as well as product and pricing-related queries. You will accomplish this by communicating and working with 26 EBSCO global offices and our key vendor partners to resolve issues and ensure accurate, timely processing of a large volume orders.
This hybrid position is based in the Birmingham, Alabama area.
What You'll Do
- Work with large volume and large value transactions that require a high level of accuracy
- Serve as an internal expert on the offerings and requirements of assigned external partners
- Update internal systems to track confirmation, invoicing and payment of orders
- Provide reporting to internal and external partners with regard to outstanding, confirmed and processed orders
- Work with your team and managers to identify efficient processes for managing assigned tasks
- Research and collect data related to products and/or vendors.
- Assist with maintaining department training documentation, including identifying best practices and championing workflow improvements.
- Participate and contribute to team-wide initiatives as needed.

- You will be a part of the Key Publisher Support Team in Publisher Operations
- This team works in a high volume, fast-paced environment, collaborating to identify priorities and working together to ensure goals are met
- This position is hybrid; employees are in the office for training, occasional working sessions and as needed
About You
- Thrive on multi-tasking, staying focused, productive and being part of a team
- At least 2 years of high-volume order processing experience.
- 2 years of continuous work experience in an office environment
- 3 years of experience with key Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Quickly assimilate new information and/or processes and their impact on day-to-day work
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- High school diploma or GED

Pay Range
