One of our client's in the government domain is looking for a PeopleSoft Financials Consultant.
Job Title: PeopleSoft Financials Consultant
Location: Hybrid 1 day per week onsite at Rhodes Office Tower, 30 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH; 4 days remote
Contract Type: Contractor (Must provide own laptop)
Preferred Candidate: Local candidates preferred
On-Call Requirement: Must be available 24/7 for on-call support
Job Description:
The consultant will work on the Client's PeopleSoft System (OAKS) with the functional team, assisting with:
- Custom PeopleSoft pages
- Identifying new functionality
- Writing functional design documents
- Testing interface files
- Production support
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2
- Knowledge of integration points between PeopleSoft modules
- Experience with PeopleSoft development, Application Engines, and Application Designer
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Web Services, and EIPs
- Competency in Oracle and Windows server environments
- Project management experience with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in PS Query
- Experience with MFT and file mover software
- Ability to create custom interface files with banking and external systems
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft tables and structures
- Experience in PeopleSoft production support
- Ability to review PeopleSoft code for troubleshooting and enhancements
- Experience with PeopleSoft lifecycle testing
- Ability to write enhancement documentation, gather requirements, and configure systems
- Experience identifying table and code changes, test conditions, and business risks
- Experience with large government enterprise solutions
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
