Key Responsibilities:
- Community Creation and Management: Develop, launch, and manage online community spaces for students, instructors, certified members, and partner organizations.
- Membership Promotion: Design and implement strategies to promote membership and active participation within the communities.
- Social Media Programs: Run social media programs to engage community members, share relevant content, and foster a sense of belonging.
- Moderation: Oversee community moderation to ensure a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- Content Development: Create and curate content that resonates with community members and encourages interaction.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute virtual events, webinars, and other activities to engage community members.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics, analyze engagement data, and report on community growth and success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community initiatives with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
- Marketing Background: Strong marketing skills with a history of creating successful social campaigns and online groups.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Inspirational Attitude: Energetic, inspirational, and able to motivate and engage community members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using community management platforms, social media tools, and analytics software.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
