Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Community Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our coworking community. This role combines front-desk duties with community engagement and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of member satisfaction, maintain an organized and welcoming workspace, and support key operational tasks. Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage front-desk reception, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and handling mail and package distribution.
- Maintain office organization, including supply ordering, managing keys and access badges, and handling general email correspondence.
- Assist the Director of Community Experience with member engagement programs to build a strong sense of community.
- Identify and create social media content to highlight community activities.
- Utilize property management software (Yardi and HubSpot) for data entry, record-keeping, and operational tasks.
- Address member inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally, promoting a collaborative environment.
Experience & Skills
- 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting.
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced coworking environment and can take initiative.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with a passion for service and community engagement.
- Proficiency in office software applications; experience with Yardi is a plus.

Location
- This position is on-site at 5401 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa. Applicants must be able to relocate before starting.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
