Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and executing account retention and growth strategies, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with the claims department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, renewal processes, and marketing efforts.
- Design and implement claim management programs to optimize client outcomes.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the producer and/or account executive to deliver renewal proposals and subsequent renewal paperwork to clients.
Requirements
- Property Casualty Agent's License required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of insurance experience with a strong understanding of multi-line commercial insurance contracts and coverages.
- Proven sales process skills and ability to influence others.
