Partnership, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator prsonnel who can work (Part Time) this position at time can exceed more than 24 hours a week based on operation needs we are growing and looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Experience in Quickbooks, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email.
- Assist Operation Team with Hiring Onboarding Employees
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the organization of office supplies and inventory management.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior management when required, handling confidential information with discretion.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with filing systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Experience using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately is required.
