What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services - Full Time position at ECCO - Episcopal Conference Center Oakhurst?
We are looking for a Guest Services Weekend Hostess to make our guests feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our conference center. Responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the conference center's facilities, provide excellent customer service and a memorable hospitality experiences for our guests. The position requires public speaking to groups of 15-150 on their arrival days of groups and general receptionist duties, which include answering and forwarding incoming phone calls, providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, and performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
Applicant must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, laminators, etc.) are required. The position requires working weekends with the possibility of several days midweek. Starting at $16/hr.
