As a Records Management/Documents Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining electronic file systems, including indexing and coordinating the scanning of Trust documents, reviewing documents to determine proper indexing of client files, and maintaining existing paper filings.
You will also index and perform quality reviews of received documents for placement to electronic client files and scan hard documents received for placement to electronic client file.
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
