Your Opportunity with ECG : Analyst or Senior Analyst
As a full-time analyst or senior analyst at ECG, you'll be an important part of our consulting team, working alongside the top professionals in the industry to come up with solutions that shape healthcare. You will join ECG as a general member of our healthcare consulting pool, where you'll have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences by working across ECG's four divisions : Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth. We are currently hiring an analyst or senior analyst to join our healthcare consulting pool with previous work experience supporting revenue cycle engagements such as :
- Future-state design and process optimization.
- Performance improvement planning and implementation support.
- Patient accounting system / bolt-on technology evaluation and optimization.
- Management services organization development.
- Insourcing / outsourcing transition planning.
- Vendor contract negotiation / renegotiation and management.

Candidates will be required to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days in office when not traveling for a client engagement.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000-$105,000 annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG's pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG's benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching program, unlimited PTO, and other wellness programs.
