Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and / or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.DescriptionThe Strategy and Insights team within the Enterprise Transformation Office is actively searching for a highly motivated Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the Procurement Analytics team. This position provides analytical support and insights to Enterprise Procurement, aimed at generating value from Liberty Mutual’s supplier relationships. You will play a vital role in framing and answering operational and strategic questions for senior management and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical abilities and will work collaboratively, independently, and manage projects of varying complexity.ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis and provide recommendations that influence Enterprise Procurement strategies and goalsPresent analysis in an understandable and concise manner to effectively influence stakeholdersStay informed about procurement category market trends and identify drivers for expense-saving opportunitiesLead project workstreams and manage projects of varying complexitySynthesize and validate large and complex datasets from diverse sources to deliver analytically sound insights that answer simple or complex questionsDevelop and produce dashboards to support the assessment and monitoring of operational and expense / spend metrics with minimal guidanceContinually assess the business value and efficiency of tools, processes, and data sources, making suggestions for improvements and collaborating with others for implementationAssist in maintaining and improving the current reporting infrastructureMaintain close working relationships with data providers and aligned partnersFoster the development of teammates by sharing expertise and experience through training or peer reviewsSupport an inclusive, equitable, and high-performing cultureThis is a grade range posting from Analyst to Senior Analyst depending on experience.Analyst, Advanced Analytics : $66,000- $125,000.
