About Echelon Fitness:

We’re looking for a talented, on-site, Creative Design Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and help bring the Echelon brand to life. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be instrumental in shaping and elevating our creative output across all channels and platforms.

Position Overview:
The Creative Design Manager will oversee the creative direction, design production, and quality assurance of Echelon’s visual assets while providing guidance to a team of designers and video editors. This role will also collaborate closely with the Sr. Marketing Project Manager to assign tasks, manage team workloads, and ensure on-brand, high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• • Work alongside the Sr. Marketing Project Manager to assign and manage creative tasks for the team.
  • Monitor the creative team’s workload and availability to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide creative direction to designers and video editors and offer guidance to other departments as needed.
• Brand Management:
• • Approve outgoing creative assets to ensure adherence to Echelon’s brand guidelines.
  • Design assets for Echelon sub-brands, including ActiveMD and FitNation.
• Creative Design & Production:
• • Deliver designs for diverse departmental needs, including Retail Sales, Commercial Sales, Online Retail, TV Shopping, Partnerships, Member Marketing, App & Content, and Social Media.
  • Create assets for both print and digital media, including but not limited to:
  • • Product catalogs, packaging, sell sheets, technical documents, and tradeshow banners.
    • D2C website assets, partnership website materials, and online retail content.
    • Echelon Fit® App content, paid ads, display banners, and promotional emails.
  • Produce presentations for Commercial Sales, the Leadership Team, and quarterly company Town Halls.
• Photo Editing:
• • Color correct and edit product and lifestyle photos to meet brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Skills:
• • Proven experience in creative direction, design production, and managing a creative team.
  • Ability to balance hands-on design work with team oversight and project management.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across various platforms.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Preferred Experience:
• • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Previous experience in fitness or consumer brands is a bonus.
