Job Description
This position provides direct and indirect clinical services to patients requiring behavioral health intervention in the Manchester and Rockville General Hospital Emergency Departments. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, including crisis triage and assessment, individual and family intervention, case management, community collaboration, patient/family education.
Requirements
- Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling)
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed APRN, or PhD equivalent
- Ability to function effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of psychiatric and risk assessment, abuse and neglect reporting mandates, duty to warn mandates
