Position Overview :
As an Emergency Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will :
Conduct crisis triage and assessments for patients in need of behavioral health intervention.
Provide individual and family interventions, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans are in place.
Engage in effective case management and community collaboration to optimize patient care.
Facilitate patient and family education regarding treatment processes and available resources.
Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and arrange appropriate placements.

Qualifications Required :
Master's Degree in a behavioral health field with applicable licensure (LCSW, APRN, PhD, or equivalent).
Certification in CPI de-escalation techniques is required within 6 months of employment.
Strong clinical skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Participate in clinical supervision and present cases for feedback and improvement.
Document treatment approaches with cultural competence and respect for patient diversity.

Interview patients and their families with urgency and empathy.
