Echodyne is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our fast-growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with teams to create customer-centered product designs, requirements, workflows and strategies
- Create user experiences and interfaces for product prototypes in keeping with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct user research, including planning, prioritization, feedback collection, and action plan creation.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.
- Create user journeys, user flows, wire-frames, and interactive prototypes.
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent.
- Recommend metrics to define, manage, and measure design success and prioritize enhancements.
- Develop UI and UX design best practices and templates.
- Mentor and train team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication skills; adept at customer interviewing and other methods of customer engagement to collect input and feedback.
- Demonstrated experience defining the success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) used to measure design effectiveness.
- Experience influencing, negotiating with, and gaining buy-in from stakeholders, including leadership.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the iterative design process from end-to-end, including wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals.
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Experience establishing a design system and best practices for an organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of experience as a user experience designer.

The pay range for this position is $117,500-$150,000 annually.

Salary : $117,500 - $150,000
