Eckert Seamans, a national AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a motivated Associate to join our Corporate team in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will bring experience in transactional matters, including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, divestitures, financings, and general contract matters.
Qualifications:
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in general corporate and business transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
- Pennsylvania bar admission required
