With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking a Commercial Litigation/Professional Liability Associate for our Wilmington, DE office that will work on a variety of commercial litigation and professional liability matters, including:
- Professional negligence
- Breach of contract
- Business torts
- Financial services
- Fraud
- Products liability
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Must be licensed to practice in Delaware
- Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
