Eckert Seamans is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and history of success that spans more than 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Events Coordinator.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring personnel to obtain necessary approvals, understand qualification criteria to source candidates when possible and conduct screenings
- Manage postings and garner interest via social media
- Review resumes, transcripts and writing samples
- Serve as the key point of contact with candidates; schedule and coordinate interviews; prepare offer letter.
- Maintain the application tracking database
- Develop, maintain, and deliver recruiting reports for department and firm management
- Serve as a contact for outside recruiters and third-party recruitment vendors
- Coordinate recruitment efforts specific to the Summer Associate program and provide program support
- Coordinate event planning and execution and business development related events
- Responsible for coordination of executive leadership meetings, i.e. scheduling, including arranging accommodations, travel and managing itineraries, with direct supervision from department leadership
- Provide cross-department support as needed for firm administration
- Perform other related duties as assigned
