Position Overview:
- A tech-savvy & problem solver with a knack for delivering exceptional customer service to top-tier executives
- As a member of the team, will be at the forefront of providing White Glove technology support to C-Suite Executives, ensuring the seamless interaction with various technology components.
- Provide unparalleled customer service to C-Suite Executives, addressing the technology needs promptly and professionally.
- Interact with top-level executives to understand and troubleshoot the desktop, server, network, mobile device, printer, and application issues.
- Utilize the expertise to patch cables into switches, configure routers and switches, and execute necessary command typing for network configuration.
- Leverage your Microsoft AD administration experience to manage user accounts, security groups, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Demonstrate proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, aiding in automation and efficient systems management.
- Collaborate with colleagues in an on-call rotation, ensuring 24x7 support coverage.
- Be available to take calls from executives.
- Assist in the administration of Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, resolving user login issues, password resets, and related concerns.
- Offer comprehensive support for video, audio, and web conferencing equipment, enhancing seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work hands-on with Cisco Switch/Router configurations, providing first-level support for network issues.
- Handle occasional Rack and Stack of Equipment tasks, ensuring physical infrastructure is well-maintained.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, including those related to Microsoft Teams and Polycom or similar systems.
- Utilize your experience working with PCs, Windows Laptops, and various mobile phone types to provide comprehensive support.
- Currently working in a Windows 10 environment with the ability to troubleshoot any related issues.
- Provide support for all video, audio, and web conferencing equipment, including troubleshooting.
- Provide 1st level support for Cisco switch/router configuration and network-related issues.
- Experience supporting C-Level executives, Executive-level personnel, trading desk clients, and various end users.
- Familiarity with basic PC repair, image creation, and deployment practices for desktops.
- Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 user and administration experience, including resolving login issues, password resets, etc.
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration, including Group Policy development.
- Knowledge and experience in scripting using PowerShell for automation and systems management.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support coverage.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication with executive-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable taking calls from executives.
- Hands-on experience with PCs, Windows Laptops, and diverse mobile phone models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and video/audio conferencing equipment support.
- Knowledge of Polycom or similar systems preferred, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
