Lab Technician

Join the ECLARO Team! ECLARO is looking for a Lab Technician for our client in Beachwood, OH. This is a contract position located at our client's site.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tasks, safely handle hazardous chemicals, and assist analytical chemists with sample preparation and quality control; all while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Receive and follow instructions for assigned tasks, independently executing essential laboratory processes and equipment operations.
• Safely manage a variety of hazardous chemicals; including acids, R&D samples, and waste disposal, in accordance with wet chemistry techniques.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while ensuring the timely preparation of various material types.
• Support analytical chemists with daily responsibilities, including solid sample preparation, liquid sample dilution, pipette validation, and balance verification.
• Comply with ISO and quality standards to uphold quality control requirements for the position.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.

Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00/Hour

Qualifications:

• Have experience with wet chemistry equipment and analytical methods.
• Understand the safe handling of chemicals and equipment, including maintaining detailed records.
