Position Overview :

Responsibilities :
The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining master data elements supporting Client's treatment center account management.They will routinely receive information pertaining to apheresis centers, treatment centers, and treatment center personnel to transform into actionable master data entries.Management of other master data elements supporting Client's patient treatment scheduling may also be assigned.Participation in projects and working groups may occur as a growth opportunity as operations permit, considering operational priorities and alignment with development plans.This individual will be instrumental in managing patient scheduling master data for a rapidly growing Cell Therapy portfolio, enabling a best-in-class customer experience for our patient treatment centers around the world.Implement, review, and maintain master data in Client systems to facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patients.Routinely connect and work with Client's regional teams (NorAm, EU, and APAC) and matrix partners to develop, refine, and execute cross-functional processes associated with account management.Assist with reporting and Key Performance Indicator tracking efforts.Interact with internal and external stakeholder's in-person and through electronic / virtual means.Facilitate a positive end-to-end customer experience.Actively participate in tactical and other meetings as assigned.Represent scheduling and cell logistics on cross-functional initiatives as assigned.Provide on-the-job training on areas of subject matter expertise related to account management.Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide input into the development of future state processes related to account management.Comply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and other documentation.Accountable for individual performance.Execute project tasks as assigned.Execute working group's tasks as assigned.Qualifications :
Experience in planning / scheduling, managing operations, and / or managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting is preferred.Cell Therapy experience is a plus.Experience working in or managing master data in APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, and / or other comparable planning / scheduling systems is preferred.Highly self-motivated, self-aware, and professional.Skilled in planning and organizing information.Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.Able to work independently and in groups.Flexible in responding to quickly changing business needs.Skilled at managing tense situations and de-escalation.Eager to work with teams from other regions and cultures.Able to share workspace for independent and collaborative work.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience.If hired, you will enjoy the following ECLARO Benefits :
