Position Overview : The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for the recruiting process that enables our stakeholders across the firm to hire the right talent for client's Americas Division. Partner with internal clients to understand their needs as well as to consult and advise on a complete hiring strategy. The team oversees hiring for our Analyst and Intern programs, experienced hires and temporary employees. There is a strong focus on relationship management, both internally and externally, as the team engages with hiring managers, interviewers, employee referrals, candidates, various HR teams, external organizations, 3rd party vendors and academic institutions. The team strives to offer a quality hiring experience for all parties involved. In addition to the hiring efforts, we are ambassadors for the firm's inclusion and diversity initiatives as well as client's brand in the market. The focus of this role will be to collaborate with key recruiters handling searches of all levels, search firms, candidates and internal stakeholders to drive the full life-cycle recruiting process including : setting up and attending kick-off and regular status meetings, scheduling interviews and logistics, maintaining recruiting data within the HR systems and reporting tools, providing an excellent candidate experience, creating and distributing offer packages as well as some aspects of the pre-employment and onboarding process. This position requires an individual who can multi-task and work well under pressure in demanding environment all while remaining extraordinarily organized and having a keen eye for detail. This is also a unique opportunity on a small team to become involved with critical projects, process improvement initiatives, reporting, metrics and analytics. As part of the Talent Acquisition team the primary responsibilities are partnering with the recruiters and our internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. For all hiring in the Americas Division, coordinates each stage of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling / follow-up notifications, creating and distributing offer package materials as well as some aspects of the pre-employment process. Pay Rate : $28.00-$38.00 / Hour Responsibilities : Provide exceptional client service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire hiring process Point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and external agencies for all interview scheduling and offer packages Maintains data integrity of recruiting system as well as Internet and social media recruitment Maintains interview scheduling data in an excel tracker Centrally administers recruiting contracts and agreements Tracks and reports on activity metrics for the executive level searches Recruiting and HR related projects on an ad hoc basis Qualifications : At least six months of professional experience, preferably in a corporate environment Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with individuals at all levels, including communication (verbal and written), emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence.
