Summary
We are looking for aMarketing Campaign Operations Specialist to lead and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating with merchants, developing marketing strategies, managing campaign accounts, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Klaviyo, CRM tools, and HTML / CSS, along with strong analytical and communication skills to optimize customer engagement and campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Implementing email and SMS marketing strategies.
- Coordinating timelines with merchants with respect to their campaigns, email flows, sales, product launches, etc.
- Participating in meetings with merchants and team to discuss strategy and campaign execution.
- Developing, maintaining content calendar and researching trends.
- Oversee quality assurance for any media or content going out across the campaign channels.
- Managing marketing campaign accounts using Klaviyo.
Eligibility Requirements
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $100K-$120K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
