As a Site Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction at your site. Your mission is to lead and optimize warehouse processes and build strong client relationships. The shift for this position is Monday to Friday, 4am to 12.30pm.
Your Impact : Optimize Operations and Build Strong Teams
Operational Leadership :
- You'll be happy to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front, interacting with drivers, loading and breaking down product, and inputting data into software.
- Achieve operational goals by preparing and executing action plans to meet quality and customer-service standards, resolve challenges, and identify trends for improvement.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes to optimize product handling, storage, receiving, and equipment utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflow, staffing, and space requirements, and implementing efficient changes.
