Preferred locations for this role are : Atlanta, Ga; Las Vegas, Nev; or Austin, Texas.
Travel will be required. Casino gaming experience is required to be considered for this role. Remote candidates with the appropriate background will be considered.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Work with the Game Development, Sales and Marketing to own and maintain a comprehensive roadmap of casino gaming products across multiple markets.
- Serve as key source of all information for a product roadmap that includes more than 20 titles across multiple development studios – this role is the product guru.
- Assess gaming markets and work directly with customers to ensure products meet market requirements.
- Provide directions to studios on Jackpot levels, bet structures, play mechanics, RTPs and denominations to meet player expectations.
- Offer ongoing assistance and support into recommending new and conversion products across a nationwide footprint of tribal gaming properties.
- Contribute to product launch plans – assist in installations occasionally and travel to key properties to ensure product specifications.
- Ability to be customer and public facing in performing product demonstrations, including on camera for internal or external release.
- Continuously monitor performance data to derive trends and conclusions that inform future decision making.
- Create and manage PowerPoint presentations to executive and team when introducing and championing new games.
- Be the cross departmental liaison across a diverse company with a wide range of employees in multiple locations.
