We are working with a top-tier alternative investment firm in NYC looking to add an Associate to their growing credit valuation team.
Key Highlights:
Become an expert in Credit Investments
- You will be exposed to cutting-edge investment strategies, valuing financial instruments and complex securities across the capital structure
Exposure to Senior Leaders
- Report directly to the Head of Credit Valuation and present to valuation committees regarding significant changes, market trends, and key judgments of investments
Investment Team Collaboration:
- Assist the investment teams to understand new investments/deal origination assumptions
Internal Transfers:
- This firm offers the flexibility to explore different roles within the company if interested down the line
Work Structure:
- Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of valuation experience in public practice or at a third party valuation shop
- Experience valuing credit investments is a must
- CFA designation is a plus but not required
