About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Room Manager to oversee restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Daily dining room management including opening and closing the restaurant.
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience.
- Hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain inventory control for our extensive wine and bar beverage program.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Chef to maintain high standards of guest service and a consistent culture of excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in staff training and management in a restaurant environment.
Strong background in hospitality management.
Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
Familiarity with food preparation and inventory control.
Proficient in using POS systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Basic knowledge of wine and cocktails.
Excellent team management and interviewing skills.
