Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry.
- Manage and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.
- Assist with invoices, payments, and other bookkeeping tasks.
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable and payable.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
