- Hours: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm) & 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm)
- $21-$23 per hour with Unlimited Pay Potential Productivity Pay!
Under the direction of shift supervisor and/or other designated lead personnel the Industrial Athlete assists customers in selecting the inventory needed, by picking the correct cases for each load. While maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and safety by following established policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain work area in clean and hazard free condition
· Use RF scanner to know what the proper location is and to assign picks to a license plate
· Cross-reference Bar code labels to ensure customer accuracy
· Pick at a fast pace while maintaining safety
· Maintain high level of customer service, appearance and attendance
· Must be able to pick accurately (qty, sku)
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
· Riding Pallet Jack Experience a MUST
· Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, averaging, etc.
· Interpersonal and teamwork skills
· Must be able to perform duties requiring bending, squatting and crawling, lifting
