What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment and Production Assistant position at Eco Candle Co.?
Eco Candle Co. is an artisan candle company located in Downtown Appleton. For over 16 years, we have been selling our handmade soy candles, soap, natural bath and body care, and home fragrance products through our retail store, website, stockists, and distributors. We are looking to add to our small team to assist in our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately pick & pack all outgoing orders.
- Communicate effectively with the sales desk to keep outgoing shipments on schedule.
- Receive and check in shipments for accuracy & damage. Report discrepancies to vendors.
- Keep all production and shipping areas tidy and keep fulfillment inventory in stock.
- Assist with production to keep products stocked for store and online orders.
- Keep track of supplies and inventory so products do not go out of stock.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to work as part of a team, but also work well independently.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Able to lift and carry 25lbs up and down stairs.
