HVAC and Plumbing Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service for customers.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.

• Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience as a CSR in electrical, plumbing or HVAC.
• Ability to work daily at our Seattle office location.
• Availability to work from 10 AM to 6 PM on a consistent daily basis.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• HVAC, electrical or plumbing knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is highly desirable but not required. 
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
