The Reservationist is responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards the overall success of the organization. This position will act as a liaison for the internal and external customers that Alesig Consulting serves.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate, cooperate and work closely with all coworkers, customers and other visitors to ensure customer service needs are met
- Ensures efficient and accurate transfer of information
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding and promptly addressing customers' needs
- Perform other operational requirements as needed, while keeping the Manager informed on a regular basis
- All other duties as assigned

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call-center environment
- Previous customer-service experience in transportation service-related role
